Aboriginals of Australia: $23m Squandered By Child Protection Programme

A programme to reduce child sexual assault in the Aboriginal Communities has squandered $23 million on only 8 families in the last two years according to a new independent report illustrating the programme’s ineffectiveness, as well as unemployment and literacy rates continuing to get worse.
